Frequently asked questions about ChiSpree deals

 

How do I buy a ChiSpree deal?

1. Click the “Buy it!” button on the deal page to add it to your cart.

2. Enter the required information.

3. Select a charity you would like a portion of your payment to go to and enter a promotion code if you have one.

4. Checkout securely with PayPal.

After the purchase is complete, you will receive a verification email and you can view and print your voucher here from your account page. Vouchers can also be accessed on your mobile device for paperless option.

 

Can I buy a deal as a gift?

Yes! Follow the steps above, select the gift option on the checkout page, and enter your recipient’s email address. We will deliver the voucher to the recipient as a gift.

 

How do I use my voucher?

The best way to use your voucher is to follow the “How to use this” instructions, then present your voucher on your mobile device by logging in, going to your account page, and presenting your voucher when you are redeeming it. Vouchers can be marked as used right from your mobile device, so be careful not to mark that a voucher has been used early. Alternatively, you can print your voucher, follow the “How to use this” instructions, and present a paper copy to the merchant.

 

What happens if my voucher expires?

The amount you paid will never be gone. You can still redeem your voucher for the full purchase price, but the promotional value will no longer be available to use.

 

I haven’t used my voucher, can I return it?

Returns are issued on a case by case basis for site credit within 7 business days after purchase by contacting our customer service. 

 

I had a bad experience/the business was closed, what now?

Please contact us as soon as possible to let us know. We will work with you to solve the problem or offer you a refund.
